Library Best Practices

The Oregon State Library has identified three best practices for services to youth (services to children outside the library, summer reading programs and early literacy training for caregivers) and compiled a list of libraries that excel at providing those services. It may not surprise you to find that Tigard Public Library is on that list, along with many other wonderful Oregon libraries. We live in such a beautiful and exceptional state!
