Feed The Birds!

Join us on Sunday, January 10th from 1:30-2:30 p.m. to create bird feeders from pinecones and recycled materials for your neighborhood birds. Learn a little about the different types of birds you may find in your backyard and play the bird beak game. Arts and science fun for the whole family!

Poem Trees

Let's celebrate Arbor Week and National Poetry Month by painting a tree in the style of Douglas Florian. Come to the Puett Room from 1:30-2:30 on Sunday, April 5.

We'll use mixed-media on brown paper bags to create a one-of-a-kind tree. If you're feeling extra inspired, write a poem about your tree! Dress to get messy at this all ages event.

Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos

Join us Sunday, November 3 from 1:30-2:30 in the Burgess Community Room!
Celebrate and remember loved ones who have passed on. listen to stories, make mini altars and skeleton puppets, decorate sugar skulls and make tissue paper marigolds. Enjoy hot cocoa and pan de muerto, too!

PlayFoam Sculpture

Become a sculptor Sunday, October 5 from 1:30-2:30. Start with satisfyingly squishy PlayFoam, then and chenille sticks, googly eyes, feathers and much more. Take your creation home to display or
re-design. This 3-D art adventure is an all ages event.

Are you looking for some good clean fun? Do you like to work with your hands? Get tactile as we combine wool, water, a little soap, and a lot of elbow-grease! 
Make a bracelet for mom or a key fob for Father's Day!
