Super Tuesday: The Curt Show

Want to witness come SERIOUS funny juggling?  Look no further!  Local juggling mastermind Curtis Carlyle will be here on Tuesday December 9th at 6:30 p.m. to combine some very serious juggling with a giggle-worthy comedy show.  Need to warm up your funny bone?  So stopy by the Burgess Community Room and warm up your insides!

SUPER TUESDAY: Komedy 4 da Kids

Angel Ocasio will be here to present his Komedy 4 da Kids show on Tuesday November 4th at 6:30 p.m. in the Burgess Community Room.  A master physical comedian, Angel will present a high-energy one-man variety show combined with comedy, jokes, juggling and magic.  Be ready to experience an interactive show full of hilarious antics!!!  You won't want to miss this perennial favorite guest of the library!

Circus Arts Workshop

Zephyr Brown from Amazama will be here to teach you everything you need to know about being a juggling performer in a circus.  Learn the art of hands-on juggling in this interactive class using balls, ribbons, Chinese yo-yos, sticks, hula hoops and much, much more.  First there will be the instructional component of the workshop at 4 p.m., which you won't want to miss!  Then everyone will be free to give everything a try.    It's all happening in the Burgess Community Room from 4 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday July 15th.  All ages are welcome to attend.

Summer Reading Kick-Off with The Charlie Brown Show

Let's get summer reading started off right with a special kick-off event featuring local juggler, Charlie Brown!  Comedy and daring feats of juggling are rolled up into one great big show.  It will be juggling fun for the whole family.  PLUS, the winning name for the Hillsboro Hops game tickets (good for July 1st) will be drawn that night too!  So be sure you get signed up for summer reading and enter the drawing before June 17th!  It's all happening on Tuesday June 17th at 6:30 p.m. in the Burgess Community Room.  All ages are welcome!

Super Tuesday: The Physical Comedy of Henrik Bothe



Join us on Tuesday July 30th at 7 p.m. in the Burgess Community Room as jaws will drop once Henrik gets his plates spinning.  Can you guess how many plates he can spin at once?  Don't let the picture fool you!  Henrik Bothe will keep the whole family reveted and laughing with his physical comedy, including juggling attop a six-foot-tall unicycle!  It's going to be AMAZING!

Super Tuesday: Mz. Pearl's Variety Show

Join us for a captivating, inventive show of comedy, juggling, magic, and dance with Mz. Pearl.  Her solo clown variety show will keep you on your toes and in stitches (not to mention, rolling around on the groud laughing too!!)  The fun is happening on Tuesday January 8th at 7 p.m. in the Burgess Community Room.
